House rules

Wind Drift is a SMOKE FREE condominium complex. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all common areas including balconies. Minimum age if primary guest is 25 YEARS OF AGE. Primary guest MUST be on the property for the duration of the reservation. BBQ grills: Fire department regulations prohibit the use of grills on decks and balconies except for electric, smokeless grills. NO PETS ALLOWED. Fireworks are prohibited on all Wind Drift property and beach areas. Skateboards, scooters, and roller blades are not allowed on property. Nothing should be hung or released from balconies or left in corridors. Beach paraphernalia must be kept on balconies. Quiet time will be observed from 10pm until 8am. Hurricane Policy: In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued by Baldwin County we will issue a full refund. If a mandatory evacuation is not issued we do not issue any refunds. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for you stay just in case.

An entry code will be provided before arrival. 📅 Strict Check-in/Check-out Policy Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM 🚧 Construction Notice – Please Read Before Booking Our building is undergoing multiple construction projects, and guests should expect noise, dust, and general construction activity during this time. To reflect this, this unit is being offered at a discounted rate. 🔹 Exterior Concrete Repairs (Mid-March 2025 onward) This unit will not be directly impacted, but expect: Swing stages around portions of the building. Noise from drilling, grinding, and dust from surrounding work. 🔹 Exterior Painting (March – April 2025) Temporary odors, noise, and scaffolding may be present in some areas. 🔹 Entry Doors & Exterior Closet Doors to be replaced (Expected March – April 2025) 🔹 Elevator Modernization (April – September 2025) One of the two elevators will always remain operational, but delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these important upgrades take place to enhance the building. Please reach out with any questions! 🚗 Parking Information Wind Drift offers gated parking, but the unit has no assigned parking. The Condo Association requires Vehicle Guest Registration Parking Passes, which must be purchased before arrival. 💰 Cost: $62.10 per vehicle, per 7-day stay A maximum of two (2) parking passes may be purchased. If you have more than 2 cars, we can share a list of offsite parking lots Parking pass link will be provided 7 days before arrival. Monthly & multi-month parking passes available (please inquire). Peak seasons: Parking may be limited, but overflow parking is available across the street at the North Tower, with a safe crossing at the traffic light. 🚫 No trailers or RVs are permitted on the property. 🛥️ Boat Access If bringing a boat, please notify us upon booking. 💰 Boat Slip Rental Fees: $50 per day or $300 per week (+$50 administrative fee). No refunds. 🔹 First-come, first-served boat slips with shore power. 🔹 Dock includes 2 fish cleaning stations & water slicker. 📋 Boat Registration Requirements: Renters must complete a liability waiver and submit: Current boat registration. Current boat insurance. Full payment & documents must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival. Boat registration with HOA is required and subject to availability. 🛻 Trailer Parking: Fee includes on-site trailer parking. You may tie up at a first-come, first-served boat slip. If slips are full, you must remove the boat from the water. Filling out HOA documents in advance secures a trailer parking spot.

We had a great stay! The condo was great, location was very easy to get to and very quick walk down to the beach. Staff were all friendly. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed, cute decor! Would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved this stay! The condo was perfection to go along with the stunning views! We played in the water, ate great food, and did a little shopping too. The beach was not crowded compared to others and the beach service was wonderful as well (extremely helpful and attentive) Our hosts were amazing and extremely accommodating! There was a little construction but it didn’t bother us one bit! If we come back to Orange Beach they are the first ones I will reach out too!

We are a family of four, with twin 8yr old boy's who were experiencing the ocean for the first time. From the moment we booked til we checked out Jill was incredibly helpful (giving us local recommendations), responsive (replied quickly to all messages) and provided easy and clear instructions and directions. The condo was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. Beach access just an elevator ride away. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We ate breakfast and dinner on the balacony daily. The condo location made exploring the restaurants, shops and the gulf very convenient. My boys favorite things were definitely the beach and the pool. They are already asking when were coming back.

This was an excellent location and unit! With this being a smaller building than the hi-rise condos, it was a lot less crowded than some places, even at the beginning of peak season. There's a great boarded walkway with both stairs and a ramp, and the unit is close to the ocean without feeling like there's no beach space. The furniture was incredibly comfortable and stylish, especially the swivel chairs and the patio seats. Smart tv is great for rainy mornings and I loved the peace and tranquility I experienced. Jill was very responsive when I asked questions, and gave me a heads up of some work being done on a water main so I was prepared. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again! Note for plus size people: all the furniture was great, comfy and well designed for us, but note that the bathrooms are small and the toilet space is tight. There's more room in the guest bathroom but take note if this is a concern for you. I'd still come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves right from the property. The space itself was beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of modern and coastal charm that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. We especially loved the attention to detail in every room. The highlight for us was definitely the master bedroom; the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of beachside activities. This place was truly a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

This condo was totally awesome. My husband and I were there for the entire month of February, 2025. Everything was perfect. The appliances were wonderful, dishes, beds,linens and furniture were all extraordinary. This condo is right on Orange Beach, which happens to be one of the most beautiful beaches were have been on. What I did appreciate most was the immediate responses from Jill when we had any questions. She is extremely receptive and forthcoming with everything. Our stay was awesome. The room and beds were very comfortable. Amazing view, beautiful sunrises. No problems with anything. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating; plenty of utensils. There were 4 adults and a preteen and there was plenty of room to both socialize and have private times…..that was mostly on the balcony. Jill gave us precise instructions on how to get in the gate and into the room. She was prompt when I did contact her. As a matter of face, Jill pretty much contacted us every day making sure everything was okay. So glad I chose this condo and will definitely be back.

Jill was amazing throughout the entire process. Very responsive with any questions I had. Condo was beautiful, very clean and up to date. Master bedroom bed slept great. Balcony was very large with lots of seating and wonderful views of the ocean. Definitely hoping to book again in the future. Jill thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.
